- 58 acres facility on very quiet, well maintained dirt road 5-minutes to town of Milan. Within 15-20 min. from Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area and 10 minutes from Saline, easy access to U.S. 23.
- Lots of lush grass paddocks with safe, updated fencing (wood post/chain link), brand new hot wire, for beautiful all day grazing (horses are in at night and severe weather conditions). Paddocks rotated carefully and horses matched carefully to reduce battle scars.
- 1/2 Mile exercise track wonderful for leisurly walks or conditioning.
- Huge mowed grass outdoor ring (all sand footing)
- A large all sand dressage ring and another big open area for training.
- Lovely wooded trails opening to a huge open field (mowed paths around the field).
- Huge indoor ring (70'x200') with no dust, very well maintained, lots of doors for excellent lighting and ventilation.
- Indoor wash rack, barns have hot water.
